The Gardener

Went for a ride this morning down past the gardens in the suburb of Kyeemagh. The gardens are 10 kilometres from the centre of Sydney and just across Cooks River from the International Airport. I think they have been there for over a century and cover a number of hectares but I wonder how much longer they can avoid the developer.
What a delight it was to watch around a dozen gardeners with their hands in the soil or collecting the produce.
