Light Willow

I tried the ducks again today, but couldn't improve on yesterday's result. In the distance a bright yellow willow caught my eye, standing out from the crowd in the evening sunshine and I played with that for a while. I used the darker foreground tree as a foil to try to give the impression of light streaming from the left behind it.

Not much processing required, but I did burn in a few darker patches, mainly in the foreground, to add dimension. I wish I had placed the fallen tree in the front a little to the left to avoid overlapping those behind.
