Dublin Coddle - My Way

One of my favourite lunch/dinners is Coddle, this variation I make with beef Oxo.
I use a large cast iron dish to start on the hob then it's in the oven for an hour.

For Slimming World the killer is the sasauges unless you use ones with a low syn value. But sometimes you just can't beat proper tasty sasauges!
