Cake pud!

A few black bananas called for a cake! This recipe had muscovado sugar, ground almonds and raspberries in it, as well as the very ripe bananas, plus a generous amount of cinnamon!

Lovely and moist and sprinkled with flaked almonds. Sadly it won't last until the big birthday on Wednesday!
