Yes, we’re back to baking on a Wednesday... second day of pre-op isolation.

The rice paper extra features were fun... especially as the pig ended up with the elephant’s ears.

L enjoyed making them and then getting them to talk to each other!

We enjoyed munching the ones she modelled on us (not very flatteringly) for our lunch dessert.

I tried to make meringues with the egg whites we had left over but failed miserably because one of yolks had blobbed and I obviously hadn’t fished it all out.
