Reasons to be cheerful...

Bit of slow day as the ramifications of the latest Covid restrictions began to sink in and the very real prospect of a long family-and-friend-free winter and zoom festive season caused a dip in my mood.

Gave myself a shake, counted my blessings and felt better, especially as the sun was shining and Alan was in good form.  

He and Vickie headed out in the car and we decided to do the same.  

A lovely drive over Glen Devon and through Dunning Glen, with its beautiful views over the Strathearn valley to the Grampian mountains in the distance,  further lifted my spirits.  I have absolutely nothing to complain about!

Just got my online Tesco order to complete then I can catch up with last night's first episode of the new series of Great British Bake off.  Something else to be thankful for :-))
