Traffic lights

Market today -- even quieter than last week. Mind you it didn't help that we spent 45 minutes filling in paperwork and paying for our respective walking groups, hence not arriving at the market till 5 to 12, by which time the stallholders, fed up of lack of custom, were packing up. So we rushed round buying what we could and then went for a glass of rosé with P the organic herb seller.

From there, to the Tira-Tap for lunch. We haven't been there for well over a year, so it was a treat to see Maria again. Excellent and copious lunch, and despite the emptiness of the market she was doing well, with 15 covers -- when she first opened we often used to be the only customers.

Very hot day -- home for a relaxing afternoon indoors.
