Autumn

The leaves on the trees are beginning to show more signs of autumn now so maybe the autumn colours will help to distract me from the general awfulness of things at the moment.  I found out yesterday that someone I know died unexpectedly on Sunday evening and while I didn't know her well I am taken aback by how suddenly it happened.
