Farmers' Market Bounty

The folks at Live Earth Farm have an eye for color. Every week someone lays out an amazing art piece of vegetables as the focal point of their booth. Those gorgeous fuchsia things are watermelon radishes. I'd never seen them before, but all over the market people were munching them like apples. Sweet, tart and spicy!
