Grayson

Mr RIU had a morning hospital appointment. We now have a formal diagnosis and it is not as bad as we had thought. We have some exercises and a referral for physio so a plan at least.

I took Grayson out for a mid day walk. It was a beautiful walk but unfortunately aggravated my arthritis. The remainder of the day was a resting one.
