Catching Air

I mentioned how important light is when shooting hummingbirds. It's not only true to see the beautiful male gorget. In the case of Rufous hummingbirds (this happens to be a female), capturing light shining through their splayed tail feathers is another joy.  This was one of my favorite shots of the trip.  Hope you like it.
