Went out looking for a old and new blip,  had a picture I wanted to go and capture but Murphy's law, I could not find the spot.  SO when leaving the area, I spotted this old gentleman heading towards the arch on his way out of the souq,  I quickly ran into the passage and waited to ambush him!  So I have the old but not the new,

Saudi Arabia will allow pilgrims residing in the country to perform Umrah from October 4, after a seven-month pause due to coronavirus concerns, It will now allow 6,000 citizens and residents inside the kingdom to perform the pilgrimage daily, representing 30 per cent of a revised capacity of 20,000 that takes into account precautionary health measures.

Russia reported 6,148 new cases on Sunday, the second straight day when the daily number of cases exceeded 6,000.
