Aeonium

This thing is growing grandly in our garden. We honestly don't know what it is. Norma thought it might be a sedum flower of some kind but it doesn't look like the ones in the Google search. Does anyone know?

Aha. Thank you so much to WalkingMarj who seems to have  successfully identified the plant. I have now changed the title as if I'd known what it was the whole time. :o)
