Biking home

Tuesday is music day. CyclopsJnr is -loving- music this year. He comes home with lots of chat about what he has learned. Today he was talking about the different groups of instruments in an orchestra. He is full of enthusiasm and loves his teacher.

Cyclops had a meeting at pickup time today, so CyclopsJnr was dropped off this morning with his bike and then CyclopsJnr and MrsCyclops biked home. Excitement!

Home and change for an hour with the Play Rangers.

Then weird thing. You'll recall CyclopsJnr has a friend round the corner who he plays out in the street with. Well we bumped into him on the way home from Play Rangers and who was he with...? CyclopsJnr's friend from school, a new boy in his class! The three were all delighted and CyclopsJnr stopped out a bit longer to play with them. This was very unexpected as CyclopsJnr does not go to the local school so it is not like we expect to see his classmates around - and indeed it turns out the boy does not live locally. His Mum was round visiting the other boy's mum. Small world. But they were having a nice time so the mums corresponded and it is hoped this can happen again.
