Sunrise

I was awake early this morning and found myself on the beach at 7am walking as far as the pain in the ass  nerve pain in my back allowed. I managed 1.6 mile. No beautiful colours it was like pea soup, wet, mizzly and grey but I did have the whole 7 miles of Beach to myself. 

I listened to the news tonight - wondering if I'll get sent home should the park close again. Isolation is much nicer by the sea, Im sure Im safer here.
