Almost a snow day..

Today was one of those days which starts out with a nervous excitement of whats to come, then ends with a contented 'och well, I suppose its for the best' resignation. I'm talking about a wee flurry of snow, which this morning stirred the stoic in me, looking forward to abandoning the car after work due to adverse weather and hoofing it home, then having notions of baking bread whilst watching the snow outside, only for the rain to come and wash it all away, reverting today to its general, usual wednesdayness.
