Another wonderful 5 mile walk at Covehithe, in glorious sunshine and the sea a beautiful turquoise blue.   You can see how the cliffs have collapsed over the last few weeks, it's very scary how the coast is eroding away.

I actually took my shoes and socks off and walked through the surf for much of the walk (in extras).   It felt lovely to feel the warm water and the sand between my toes, haven't done that for ages and can still feel the beneficial effects now.
