Didn't we have a ......

....... Wonderful day , the day we went to the seaside?
KJD arrived at 9.30am to take me to Eastborne. By the time my scooter had been loaded into the car it was 9.45 am we arrived just before 11am and found a parking space just across from the sea ( so lucky as a local said Eastbourne must have forgot to put time limit and payments in this the only road in the town!) We needed to make a visit and get a coffee , we went to what used to be the Wish Tower now re named Piere Bistro , wonderful food very reasonable price and service and CD19 observed brilliant all the correct S.D. great.
After a lovely leisurely lunch and cuppa we walked / scooters as far as the pier , glorious weather definitely made the best of what is supposed to be the last of this pleasant temperature .
As KJD was due to be teaching at 4.30pm we needed to be away by 2 ish' arrived home at 3.50pm .
I was also surprised by O girl friend M coming too , I shall certainly remember September 22nd 2020 with grateful kindness.
