Lunch Outdoors

I am getting obsessed with the 90 day plan . Nearing the ending of week 1 and am amazed at the food portions. I thought I ate quite well before but doing these recipes has opened my eyes to tasty filling food using spices and herbs. This is an added carb meal following a HIIT workout and is piri-piri chicken. It was delicious.

Mostly gardening as the weather was fab!
