Near the top of the tree; Day 42

My ability to pay attention to the needs of the inpatient unit is substantially weakened by the number of meetings I still have in my other role. Its not only the time involved, it requires quite different thought processes.

Whereas, getting a picture of the pukeko settling in for the night uses the same processes as the later photograph of the sunset. I had earlier witnessed a pukeko lumbering into a tree, nearly losing its balance and finally settling behind branches and leaves. Just a bit further along the path I saw this one regaining its balance, before "posing".
