New Recipe

Spent the day figuring out tweaks to Snow White...storage and sleeping issues were front and center. Got most of it worked out....took a drive to see if the carrier had any problems....I think we are good to go.

I made some mesquite seed pod flour and wanted to try it in a cornbread recipe. Gluten free and vegan is a challenge, but I think it worked. It called for using the liquid from a can of garbanzo beans. It whips up like egg whites...who knew!

The mesquite flour has a sweet smoky taste. Google told me not to use too much as it can be overpowering. We were pleasantly surprised.

I am grateful to be able to access information with a few keystrokes. What did we do when we didn't have this at our fingertips?
