September Sunday

A quiet day as the rest of the week will be busy. An early walk with Fletch as the gas engineer was due, after a 3 day wait.
  But at 3 pm he phoned to say he couldnt come as they had " a few emergency call outs" I pointed out that we had had no hot water or heating for  3 days but that is not classed as important. 
He then asked if Id like to book another appointment ( sigh) The earliest he can come is Tuesday. 
I m wondering why I pay £28 a month for a Homecare plan. 
On the positive side .. it's not too cold  and we can boil a kettle for hot water! Bit like the old days.
Walk with Fletch by the docks.. another peaceful evening, water like smooth silk and no wind. Calming!
