Very political tactic - feign concern for a group as an opening, and then if people complain about your suggestion it's just that they don't understand that you really really care.

I'd actually also put money on the person who put this in their car having voted for Brexit, thinking Black Lives Matter is nonsense, and reckons face masks are a violation of human rights. The Venn diagram is often that clear cut.

5. Enforcement of speeding laws
6. Enforcement of parking restrictions
7. Green wave lights
8. Advanced greens
9. Enforcement of Advanced Stop Line areas
10. Connected cycling infrastructure
11. No extending leads on shared use paths
12. More people cycling
13. Encouraging active travel from a young age
14. Including cycling as a portion of driving lessons
15. No official car parking spaces over cycle lanes (Gilmore Place and more in Edinburgh)
16. 20mph zones in urban areas
17. Roundabout redesign
18. Cab warnings in trucks
19. Junction redesign
20. Regular cake stops
