Surfeit of Fun

This chap is having too much of it.  It's not illegal, from what I can work out, since the Rules of the Air require the pilot of any aircraft to remain more than 500ft clear of "persons, vehicles, vessels or structures" but I'd not want him flying my paramotor.  Which is of course the point: I don't have one and he does.  But I'm not envious . . . much.
