Smokin'

Still in the honeymoon period of blipfoto, I decided to try a creative effect. I have never shot smoke successfully before and came across a neat website that describes the process. I set up side remote flash with opposing reflector, camera on tripod with fast shutter and small aperture, ISO 100. Manual focus and shot away. A tight crop and sepia for after, and I think I am pleased with the result.

I took others too - isn't it difficult to just select one to post - guess that's the challenge.
