Day 182 Another walk in the forest

Today was yet another glorious one weather wise, perfect for a walk in the forest.  I met Zeus09smum and Zeus at the tea hut where for the first time in ages we had breakfast before setting out on our walk, in a different part of the forest from yesterday.  I have mentioned before that the City of London Corportation 'employ' these rather splendid cattle to keep the grass and other vegetation down.  They are very gently souls and well used to people dogs and horses passing them by.  I rather liked this shot of Zeus in the foreground with a couple of the ladies behind him.  I have no idea why he was licking his lips!

In other news: today marks for us the end of 26 weeks of this lockdown life, half a year gone by.  Far from being over, it looks very much as though next week new restrictions will be announced by the Prime Minister as the number of people testing positive continues to rise.
