Family Heirloom

I love this jug. Mum and Dad are celebrating their golden wedding anniversary this year so it must be at least fifty years old. It was one of their wedding presents. As far as I'm aware it's never had any coffee in it.

As John was on holiday he accompanied Rose on her swimming lesson. It was good to watch genuine joy from the sidelines..and also good that I didn't have to go in the water myself.. Cold drizzly day today, it snowed but didn't stick.
