Ridgefield Wildlife Refuge

This morning I went to the refuge for the first time in ages.    There were lots of deer but not many birds.   While walking on one of the trails, I met some photographers who were shooting Canon,  they were a wealth of information, it was suggested I do a firmware update on the EOS R for better auto focusing.  I just finished that and am headed outside to see if it made a difference.
