Primula And Proper

Having not run for the last couple of Saturday's while we were away and having slept late yesterday, we felt obliged to drag ourselves out of bed for an early run. It seemed to make the poached egg and avocado on toast with ham even more tasty for breakfast.

Other than that, we've spent the rest of the day giving the garden a late-Summer tidy up, planted a few winter flowering plants and bulbs and moving a few things around, including this primula which has taken it into its head to flower now. The garden's looking property tidy, even if we say so ourselves.

A couple of trips to the recycling centre tomorrow, I reckon, with all the green waste.
