Still blowing!!!

Straight from the Antarctic!! By crikey it's been a cold, windy and wet weekend.  These kite and board surfers must have no feeling. I was almost blown backwards just standing with my camera!

There were quite a few out, both windsurfers and kite surfers. This one was getting a few jumps in but not really high ones. I think it was just too dangerous to get too high. There was an incident a couple of years ago when a kite surfer was blown from the ocean, over the sand and into a tree. Unfortunately he did not survive.
