CHEESECAKE

.....for Sophia's mum.
It may not be Crispin25's Cheesecake but it was the inspiration to make one today - thanks, Crispin.
This is one with jelly, cheese etc and set in the fridge.
It's not a small Cheesecake, those straws are huge!

It continues to blow a hooley and the washing failed to dry and the sitting room is looking like a laundry.  :))
