God knows I want to break free

We’re in a strange kind of local lockdown where we can’t step foot in another person’s house or garden but we are otherwise free to work and roam the city and country as we like. Odd and unfair as it seems I do hope it works to curb the rise in cases. I’m in limbo between wanting to spend my non-working hours staying safe at home and going stir crazy within my own four walls! So good to put on a pair of heels and get out tonight- D played a blinder in getting us a balcony table tucked away in the corner of the Old Joint Stock where I could just relax and admire the lovely ceiling!
Praying everyday that we can all just see and celebrate life with our families soon and appreciate it all the more.
