No need to tell you what awaited us when we got up this morning...

Luckily for me I don't work Wednesdays and H is off school for half term, so there's absolutely nowhere we had to be. Which is a good job really as H declared he didn't want to leave the house at all. For anything. Do you want to go for a walk in the snow? No thank you. Do you want to go and build a snowman? No thank you. Do you want to take your sledge out? No thank you. He instead spent the entire afternoon cutting random pictures out of magazines and sticking them in a scrap book. Which is very sweet, but he got hold of my Grazia magazine, so in between the cuttings of Mike the Knight, Peppa Pig and Dennis the Menace are odd pictures of fashion models, jewellery and lovely shoes. Matt was thrilled (not!).

To be fair, it has snowed very heavily all day and it wasn't pleasant to be out in it, hence the blip that was taken in the back garden. I had to give in and admit defeat on that front after a few minutes before my camera got any wetter.

It's raining now. All that lovely snow will probably be gone by morning. What a waste...
