Black-headed gull

Full winter plumage now. Reported seeing the tag.

Update: This bird was ringed as a chick in Elvanfoot, S.Lanarkshire  in July 2019 about 50 miles away. It has been sighted twice in East Lothian and now by me in Edinburgh.
