Mega pampas grass

Due to us not having a winter last year, the grass never died back for us to trim it. We just removed the plumes.
It has grown and grown this year and the top of the plumes are above 3m from the ground.
Let’s hope we get some real December frosts to stop the growth so we can trim it or next year it will be as big as a house!
