Lunch

It’s my birthday today and we planned to go out for breakfast. It was chilly first thing and we didn’t fancy eating outside at the cafe.  By the time we made it to the village the sun was out and the pub was open. The social distancing was excellent so we had lunch there and MrM had his first pint of bitter since March. The carpark is now an eating area using the handily marked car spaces. My lovely sons got me a new iPad but I don’t trust myself to set it up after a large wine with lunch :-) 
Joe’s Dad brought a card with the news that Joe was proud of signing it in joined up writing.
