Dear Diary,

I am devastated by the new last night that Ruth Bader Ginsburg has died.  She was an stalwart advocate on the Supreme Court for social justice, women's rights and a passionate defender of equal protection under the law.  Her replacement must wait until after the election but the hypocrite Mitch McConnell will try to push their choice through even though he refused to let President Obama chose a replacement 9 months before the election in 2016 say, "The American people should decide with the election..."  I am feeling complete and utter despair this morning.
