'Remember that you are but dust, and to dust you shall return.
Turn away from sin and be faithful to Christ.'
The first job of a priest on Ash Wednesday is to burn last year's palm crosses to create this year's ash for this day, the start of Lent. Firelighters really help
The season of Lent reminds us that an unexamined life is not worth living. It is time to look at the seeds that lie in our hearts and to intentionally listen to God's voice. We will know what to do, if only we will be still and listen.
