I made focaccia!

And it was quite successful!

Another recipe I found when I fell down a BBC Food rabbit hole a few weeks back. This one is by Lorraine Pascale. It's a simple recipe but I really like the way she has written her methodology - clear and explanatory.

It went rather well with the lasagna mam made yesterday.
