Bugs and Hippies

Yesterday Marlane asked me to go out and pick up a bag of animals bought on Facebook Marketplace. It turned out to be a large amount of bugs, snakes, wild animals and farm animals, dinosaurs and even a Batman which was probably chucked into the bag in error!
We put them into a washing up bowl of hot soapy water and they were all dried overnight ready for the boys this morning.
Buddy was not fazed at all by the bugs, not even the huge spider he's looking at on top of the garage. Hendrix wasn't so sure but he played with them all when he realised they don't actually move, or bite.
I had to include the photo of Hippy Hendrix even though it's out of focus, such a funny photo.
When the girls were staying with us this week Marlane got some of her beads out for them to play with and Hendrix thought they were really funny.
I kept calling him a 'Hippy' and despite not knowing what a hippy was he kept shouting back at me 'I'M NOT A HIPPY' hahahahahahahaha
