Needed Again

A quieter day which meant a chance for a power walk.

This was the flag proudly displayed by a local rugby club.  Sadly the news today from across the UK suggests we're going to be relying on the NHS a lot again over the next few months.

I wish this virus would do one and let us live more normal lives, the mental health of people is suffering as well as physical.

Today I am thankful for:

1.  A good walk
2.  A quieter day
