Piccalilli

Been promising my friends I would make a batch and finally got round to it.  The house now smells of boiling vinegar.  Will keep one jar for myself and the rest will be given away.
I think we had our last outdoor yoga today as there was a chilly breeze blowing over the lake.  We had layers on so it was still very pleasant in the sunshine.
Made a trip to Costco to buy a few bits and bobs and spent £75.  How did that happen?
