First Michelin Star food!
Anniversary present to ourselves, 5 years together and 2 years married :)
New food: truffle curd, smoked eel, ox heart katsuoboshi, fermented cep caramel, parmesan custard, bone marrow, smoked herring roe, dill emulsion, duck liver parfait, kombu oil, pigeon (heart, breast and leg), hen of the woods mushroom, olive oil jelly and nasturtium granita.
The vast majority of it was incredible, I wasn't a fan of duck's liver and smoked enoki but the celeriac dish and strawberries and nasturtiums were incredible.
