Well - here's the proof.

We have had several occasions of "disappearing goldfish", starting in 2017.

This photo is taken from a video captured on the night of 3rd to 4th September.  A few days later, our neighbour (who had been feeding them) messaged me to say that the goldfish were missing once again. 

This morning, we got the card out of our wildlife camera, and found the videos of otters!  There were three of them.  I've extracted this photo from the first video - you can see (albeit not very clearly) that one of the otters was climbing out of the pool with a fish in his mouth.

So the plan is for W to construct a secure lid, before we risk adding any more otter food to the pool.

We're planning a relatively easy day - Fridays are normally one of the days when we do our thrice weekly session in the "studio", but we need to build back up to that gently.  The first of several loads of washing is in the machine, and the sun is out.
