Back on the tube!

First time in six months.  On the District Line which is mainly above line and is air conditioned.  And quite quiet so social distancing was easy. And everyone was wearing masks.  Apparently transmission on the tube is quite low because no one really talks to each other so there is little aspiration of virus.   Dinner with Beet and Cheryl who are of course progressing their house purchase quicker than we or Rory and Alice are.  The tube back was really quiet and I got a taxi home from Hammersmith - quite like the old days.
