Hiked out to some climbing spots on a lovely warm day. My IT band is really painful after just a short hilly hike, not good. Doubling down on the daily exercises and if it doesn't work by next break I'll be back to the physio.

This is Casper, really fun guy, free soloing a climb. Don't worry mum I would never do that. It's really dangerous.
