Decadence

Desk stuff complete, I jumped on the bike late afternoon. Its surprising (to me) that I can be at the west end of Lochan na h-Earba in a little over an hour from the front door. I scoffed my banana here but my legs felt like I needed another one. The return was -well felt - swift without the usual strong headwind. My goodness I was hungry when I got home.
