Sir Mo

A friend kept Mum company this morning so that I could have an hour in the park - my R&R. I found myself cycling behind Mo Farah - I had to cycle really hard to get past him and far enough ahead to be able to park up my bike and grab my camera. He gave me a lovely smile as he passed by. ((:
