This morning we flew (wearing face masks all through the flight) for a five-day holiday in Lapland to enjoy the fall colours, which are usually quite spectacular. See extra for a sample, including a sort of selfie.

The most extraordinary sight was the wonderful halo around the sun, reflected also on the river. This is taken beside our accomodation..
