Miley, the white pony, lives in a paddock near the road.where we walk most days.  When she sees us she ambles up to the fence for the apple she knows I always have for her.
Extra: My immediate neighbours converted part of their shed into visitor accommodation.  The guinea fowl like perching on the railing looking at their reflections in the glass doors. Some visitors find such behaviour a bit disconcerting but others enjoy it.  Guinea fowl are comical birds.
